We’re looking for a talented full-time Senior Website Developer to join our growing team. We are an exciting and growing Sydney-based branding and web design company. We are currently looking for the right person to become a valued and respected team member as our Full-time Senior Web Developer.

In order for you to succeed in this role, you will need to:

  • Be intimately familiar with the WordPress ecosystem, plugins, themes and setups.
  • Able to write and proof HTML, CSS, PHP and Javascript, including WordPress Plugins and Theme experience.
  • Be familiar with Domain and DNS settings, such as nameservers and DNS Records. Move, change and redirect web hosts and domains with a high level of confidence.
  • Understand the balance between design aesthetics and page optimisation (For example, image sizes and compressions, SVGs).
  • Have a base understanding of best SEO practices, keywords, and what search engines look for when ranking websites.
  • Understand how Google Analytics and Search Console connect and work.
  • Understand how to optimise websites from the ground up to improve Page Speed Insight scores.
  • Understand and deliver HTML Email signatures and EDM templates within the constraints of Outlook and other email applications.
  • Understand SMTP emails and know how to set them up on behalf of the client.
  • Be confident in your presentation skills, communicate clearly and honestly, and be fluent in English.

Studio Twofold, based in Sydney’s Sutherland Shire is looking for a Studio Manager to help lead our design studio, ensuring we deliver on time, on brief, and on-brand every time for our clients. 

Working with the company directors, you will be responsible for managing a creative team of 5-6 designers and developers in delivering print and digital products.

What we are looking for in you

  • 3-5 years (or more) experience in Project Management for digital/creative projects, where you have personally managed developers/designers in your project team.
  • Experience in a digital or creative agency, or similar business environment.
  • Experience in a client-facing role (account management or similar).
  • Alignment with our values and culture.
  • Experience in technical requirements gathering and scoping digital work.
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • High-level knowledge in the digital space, innovation, and technologies.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (English speaking & writing ability).

Key requirements include:

  • Client contact for brief intake, estimating, timeline setting, and managing client expectations.
  • Onboarding new clients into Studio Twofolds systems like ClickUp.
  • Planning and distributing work to the design team and tracking progress against KPIs and timelines, creating strong briefs that the team can work from.
  • Working closely with the creative team to ensure client objectives are met and managing staff workloads
  • Proofing to ensure work going back to the client is of a high standard and nothing from the brief has been missed.
  • Developing and fostering strong working relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders from various departments to ensure a seamless experience
  • Assisting in the development of new systems and processes to improve delivery and client satisfaction.
