We don’t like long lock-in periods that are rarely beneficial for you or us.

All our plans are month-to-month with a 30-day notice if you would like to cancel the service.

However, we have a minimum of three month lock-in period to start, in order to get your site up to a minimum standard.

We invoice monthly and can set up an automatic direct debit to make things easy for everyone.

Yes, we do offer web design and development services at an ad-hoc hourly rate. Send us a message and we’ll see how we can help.

Regular care and maintenance are essential to ensuring your visitors have the best possible experience, whether they are shopping, filling out a form or browsing for information.

Your business can suffer from an unmanaged website from being left open to hackers and malware, to being penalised by Google for using outdated software.

If you have any changes during the month, you can email them through and we’ll action accordingly.

Always let us know if there is anything urgent so we can do our best to prioritise the update.

Inclusions:
  • Weekly backups of your website and database files and storage on our secure offsite servers (owned and operated by Dropbox).
  • Weekly scripts run for security monitoring of any potential threats to the site.
  • Content management updates and formatting of content to make sure the look and feel of the site is consistent with your brand style guide and aesthetic.
  • Assistance communicating with your hosting provider if there are any issues.
  • A monthly report that includes speed, security, performance, and updated information.
  • One to five hours of content/design changes to keep your site up to date and relevant (This is set at the initial engagement and depends on the size and nature of your website and business needs).

Our packages are for WordPress business and organisational websites that need extra care and attention. We deliver the best for our clients but need to place some scope limits so we don’t send ourselves crazy. 

New pages, larger website redesigns, new functionality and re-development are not included. 

CMS design or new advanced integration including but not limited to blogs, shopping carts, and web forums require a separate design agreement, which we are more than happy to provide you with a one-off quote.

Email management and issues not included unless otherwise agreed.

Our packages are not suitable for Multisites or custom WordPress framework builds.

Fee does not include commercial plugin license fees (if applicable), this is billed directly to the client.

It also does not include hosting and domain name costs unless otherwise specified.

You can let us know of a change in your businesses needs at any time, with only 30 days notice and after the minimum three months lock-in to terminate the agreement.

We’re always open to talk through any concerns you may have.

Every new website support package starts with sitting down with you to see how we can help your business. We do an audit of the current website, to ensure there are no nasty surprises.

We will need a variety of things from you, which will request after you email us to let us know you’re interested. These may include:

  • Website Admin Login
  • Server or Cpanel Login
  • Google Analytics and Search Console access if you have them set up already.
